We don't take a deposit or a card to hold the room. Cancel more than 24 hours before you're due to arrive and there is no charge at all.

Inside 24 hours there's only a charge if we turned other guests away to hold your room and can't fill it again — and then it's the lesser of what we actually lost or half the booking. It isn't a penalty.

Good to know

Check in from 2:00 PM, out by 11:00 AM. If either of those is wrong for your trip, say so when you book — with two rooms we can usually move them.

Why is there a two-night minimum?

Most people stay two nights or longer — having a two-night minimum allows us to keep our prices low without operating at a loss.

Can I check in early or leave early?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Tell us when you book if you need either end moved and we'll usually work around it.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, $10 a night. Tell us in advance so we put you in the right room.

Is it suitable for children?

Yes. The beds are a queen and two twins, and there's a full-size refrigerator, a microwave and a grill if you'd rather not eat out every night.

When do I pay?

On arrival. You'll get a confirmation with the full amount before you drive out.

What if I need to cancel?

More than 24 hours before you're due to arrive, there's no charge. Inside 24 hours we'd only charge if we had turned other guests away to hold your room and couldn't fill it again, and then it's the lesser of what we lost or half the booking. Email us as soon as you know.
